Some Conditions
Please note that to be able to make a tandem jump you must
follow theses rules and restriction:
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, please come with a valid ID.
Clothes: Bring athletic and comfortable clothes. Wear sneakers/sport shoes, no Sandals or Boots, no shoes with heals.
Weight: You must be within the weight limits: Ladies: Less than 200 lbs. Men: Mess than 220 lbs.
Time: Plan to spend at least 3 hours for your experience.
Reservations: A deposit of 750 aed is required to make your reservation, call and book to reserve your jump. We try to accommodate walk-ins but cannot guarantee you will jump unless you booked in advance.
Weather: Skydive Dubai is sensitive to weather, so if the conditions are not perfect, your experience may take a little longer.
Absolutely No alcohol and/or drugs in your system before making a tandem skydive.
Payment: We accept cash and Paypal. We do not accept any foreign currencies.

What is a tandem skydive?
A tandem skydive at Dubai Skydive is an exhilarating experience designed for first-time jumpers. You are securely attached to a highly trained instructor who handles everything from parachute deployment to landing. A dedicated camera flyer can also record every moment of your adventure.
How fast will I fall?
The average human body falls at around 200 kmph, though this speed can vary depending on body weight and position.
Is skydiving safe?
While skydiving carries some risk, Dubai Skydive uses advanced safety gear, including an Automatic Activation Device (AAD). All instructors are certified, parachutes are maintained by FAA-certified riggers, and aircraft meet top industry standards.
Are there physical requirements for a tandem skydive?
Yes, to ensure a safe landing, Dubai Skydive has BMI and weight guidelines:
- Female: 90kg or less, BMI 27.5 or below
- Male: 100kg or less, BMI 30.0 or below
Your weight (with shoes and clothes) will be checked on the day of your skydive. Comfortable clothing is advised, respecting local culture.
What should I wear?
Wear athletic or comfortable clothes, shorts that cover the thighs, and lace-up sports shoes. Avoid white/light clothes and prohibited items such as sleeveless tops, swimwear, crop tops, boots, sandals, or heeled shoes.
Can I wear glasses/lenses during my tandem skydive?
Yes, Dubai Skydive provides protective goggles that fit over prescription glasses or contact lenses.
What should I bring?
Bring a valid photo ID, gift certificate (if applicable), and a Declaration of Fitness form if over 70 years or with certain medical conditions (epilepsy, heart disease, lung issues, diabetes, severe injuries, etc.).
How long is the complete skydiving experience?
Expect to spend 3–4 hours from check-in to completion. Weather or operational factors may cause delays, so flexible scheduling is recommended. Tourists should book early in their trip to allow rescheduling if needed.
Does weather affect skydiving?
Yes. Strong winds, rain, or poor visibility may delay or cancel jumps. If canceled, participants can reschedule or request a refund. Dubai Skydive is not responsible for travel/accommodation costs due to weather changes.
Will I take off and land at the same place?
Yes. Both dropzones have runways, so you will take off and land at the same location with your instructor.
Can I request a female instructor?
Yes. Female customers may request a female instructor. At the Palm Dropzone, requests can be made during check-in; at the Desert Campus, requests must be emailed at least 24 hours before. Availability may vary.
What video packages are available?
The tandem skydive includes a standard video and photos delivered within 48 hours. Options include a social media highlight reel and a selfie-view package recorded via a wrist-mounted camera on the instructor.
Does Dubai Skydive offer other services?
Yes. In addition to tandem skydiving, Dubai Skydive offers Gyrocopter flights, facility rentals, brand demo skydives, and events. Partner experiences include XLine, XPark by e&, XDubai Pump Track, MX Ride, Edge Walk, and Deep Dive Dubai.
Can I buy gear and merchandise?
Yes. Onsite shops stock limited skydiving gear and exclusive merchandise such as clothing, mugs, keyrings, and souvenirs.
What facilities are available onsite?
Facilities include a café, outdoor viewing decks, and free Wi-Fi. Please note: no daycare or pet services are provided, and children must always be supervised.
Can I bring my children or family?
Yes. Friends and family can wait at the café, enjoy Wi-Fi, or watch from outdoor viewing decks. Children under 15 must be supervised. If both parents are skydiving, morning slots are recommended so staff can arrange separate flights for childcare purposes.
Does Dubai Skydive provide insurance?
Yes. Tandem customer insurance is included in the standard package.
