Hot air balloon experience in the Arabian desert is a unique opportunity to enjoy the desert from the air aboard the hot air balloon. Our Dubai Hot Air Balloon tour starts in the morning at about 5:45AM we will pick you up at the hotel at 4:45AM and drive you to the Skydive Dubai desert campus located on the Al Ain highway Dubai. near world famous Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, home to many indigenous species like oryx and gazelles.

This is where the Hot air Ballooning is permitted, you will watch the balloons prepared for taking off and once ready you will board on the Balloons to enjoy an spectacular Hot Air Balloon ride for about an hour.

We will serve light refreshment after the ride and drive you back to your hotel at about 9:30AM

Our Dubai Hot Air Balloon Tour Price Includes :-

- 40 � 70 Minutes flight depending on wind speed and directions.
- Pickup & drop from hotels in Dubai city by 4x4 Land-cruisers
- Pickup & drop from hotels in Sharjah / Ajman for minimum 6pax/booking
- Welcome tea / coffee / soft drinks at meeting point in Sky dive Margham desert
- 5* Breakfast after landing at Skydive Desert Campus (Margham).
- Flying certificate signed by the Pilot.
- Group photo with Pilot (Send through mail)
- Free WiFi service during flight onboard.
- Falcon for picture every Thursday and Sunday.

2. Corporate/private banner hanging charges 1 side/ flight @ 200 AED (Banner to be provided by the client as per sizes: Big Balloon 450cm x 100cm & Small Balloon 220cm x 100cm).

3. Private transportation on request from Al Maha, Jabel Ali, Bab Al Shams, Hatta, Dubai & Sharjah � up to 6 Pax @ AED 500 & 7 to 20 Pax @ AED 750

Mandatory documents � Either Passport Copy/ Emirates Id/ UAE Driving License (without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly).

Guest Name, Age, weight, Hotel Name & Tel Number, Room No. & Guest�s personal Email id. If Guest have UAE local mobile no. or International WhattsApp number. Also provide Tour operator / DMC emergency mobile number.

Once our office receives the payment, reservation confirmation will be sent through email along with the booking confirmation number.
Passengers with weight over 120kg will be charged double the ticket price.
Balloon ride and pick up drop will be on sharing basis.
Passenger pick up time in between 3 AM to 5 AM depending sunrise time and hotel location.
For charter bookings, advertising & events: 50% upon confirmation and 50% 4 days before event date (otherwise booking will be cancelled and advance payment will be forfeited)

Cancellation Policy: - Every day flight schedule 6 AM (UAE local time)

� Cancellation before 72 hours 95% refund

� Cancellation before 48 hours 70% refund (25% charge)

� Cancellation before 24 hours 50% refund (50% charge)

� Cancellation less than 48 hours/no show is non-refundable (100% charge)

� Cancellation from our side due to technical snag/weather/ATC Permission Company will either reschedule or refund the amount within 15 working days.

Passengers Criteria for Flying

� Children MUST be 5 years or more. (Less than 5 years not acceptable)

� Adults more than 70 years old are not allowed for flying.

� Passengers with weight over 120kg will be charged double the ticket price.

� Ladies more than 3 Months pregnant are not allowed.

� Serious Heart problem/ serious knee & back pain / Major surgery during last 6 months patients are not allowed.

� Persons suffering with height phobia not recommended

� Disabilities covering the following are not allowed for flying

a. Mental or emotional disabilities.

b. Physical impairments covering disabilities.
